Israelis round up Palestinians

RAMALLAH, West Bank — Israeli troops rounded up hundreds of Palestinian men for questioning, battled gunmen and imposed a curfew in the West Bank's main city Saturday. Yasser Arafat was penned up in his office, surrounded by Israeli troops and trying to keep up his staff's morale, aides and witnesses said.
