Isle of Capri meetings tonight and Tuesday

The first of two meetings to unveil to the public the plans for a Rhythm City casino hotel and parking ramp on the Davenport riverfront will be held tonight.

The meeting will be 7-9 p.m. on the 10th floor of the Kahl education Center, 326 W. 3rd St., downtown Davenport. Another meeting will be held at the same location beginning at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Isle of Capri, the gaming company that owns the Rhythm City, is hosting the meetings at which it will detail plans for a 10-story hotel and a parking ramp with more than 500 spaces near the existing site of the riverboat casino.
