Government Bridge reopens earlier than planned

TODAY: (Updated 3:25 p.m.) Maintenance work on the Government Bridge between Davenport and Arsenal Island has been completed ahead of the schedule, so the bridge is now open.

The span originally was scheduled to be closed until 2:30 p.m. today by the maintenance work.
