Bryant teen injured in traffic accident

BRYANT, Iowa — A Bryant teenager was injured early Sunday in a car accident just south of this Clinton County town.

Joshua Dean Beer, 19, was driving a 1993 Honda Accord eastbound in the 3900 block of Iowa 136 just after 3 a.m. when his car entered the south ditch, struck a mailbox, crossed over a driveway and flipped, Beer was ejected from the vehicle.

Beer was taken by ambulance to an area hospital. Information about his condition was unavailable Monday.
