Quad-City Animal Welfare Center to hold pet photo contest

The Quad-City Animal Welfare Center is holding a cutest pet photo contest. Photos can be entered for $5 each. The winner gets a digital camera. All entries must be received by Friday. All proceeds benefit the Quad-City Animal Welfare Center.
