EM group musters against ongoing tax

A group of concerned downtown property owners in East Moline has united against the ongoing special service area tax.

A meeting of people against the tax will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Old Manor House, 834 15th Ave. For information, call Carol Doose at (309) 912-7282.
