Club to hold disc golf ice bowl

The Quad-City Disc Golf Club will host a Disc Golf Ice Bowl at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Devils Glen Park, 1101 Devils Glen Road, Bettendorf.

Players will receive an Ice Bowl pack, which includes an Ice Bowl disc, hand warmers and a coupon, and there will be three categories for competition: Recreational, intermediate and advanced.

Winners will receive an Ice Bowl engraved pint glass.

Entry fee is $18 plus five canned goods for club members and $20 plus five canned goods for non-members. All proceeds and food collected benefit the River Bend Foodbank in Moline. Visit qcdiscgolf.com for more information.
