MAQUOKETA, Iowa — Two bands will be the featured headliner for the Jackson County Fair this summer.
Lonestar and Night Ranger will perform on Saturday night, July 26.
It’s the first time the fair board has listed both a country and rock band for the same night.
Advance tickets will go on sale in April 1 at $30 and will be $40 after July 16. Tickets are available at the Jackson County Fair Office.
Also during the annual event, Three Hills Rodeo of Bernard will host bull riding on opening night, Wednesday, July 23 following the fair parade.
The traditional stock car races will be Saturday night and the truck and tractor pull on Friday night. Sunday night will feature the combine and bus demolition derbies.
