The family and friends of missing Clinton teen Benjamin Roseland will hold a candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. Saturday at Clinton Park.
The vigil is for the safe return of Roseland and in honor of all missing persons, said the teen’s aunt, Julie Connell.
Anyone who has a missing loved one is invited to bring a photo or flyer to share.
Clinton Mayor Rodger Holm and the Rev. Richard Okumu of The Church of the Visitation will be among the local dignitaries participating in the event.
Roseland, 19, disappeared Feb. 9 after he left a friend’s house in the 400 block of 10th Ave. S. to walk a few blocks to a grocery store. Roseland never made it to the store and has not been seen since.
Ben has brown hair and brown eyes and stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing camouflage overalls.
Anyone with information about Roseland’s whereabouts is asked to call the Clinton Police Department at (563) 243-1458 or send an e-mail to info@benroseland.com.
