Scott Park Road closed south of DeWitt

DeWITT, Iowa — The Wapsipinicon River is flowing over Scott Park Road just south of the Clinton County border, and the road has been closed to traffic.

The Wapsi was at 13.21 feet as of 7 a.m. today, and was expected to crest at 13.3 feet on Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
