Article:	Morning update: Rainy end to workweek TGIF, Quad-Cities. At 6 a.m. it’s a soggy 63 degrees under fair skies. After a little overnight rain, it looks like today will bring more of the same. The National Weather Service is forecasting a 100 percent chance of precipitation today mainly between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. The high will be near 69 degrees. Tonight the chance of rain drops to 20 percent with a low of 45 degrees. Looks like the showers could continue into our weekend, too.
