‘Halfway’ ban isn’t considerate

The Iowa smoking ban doesn’t make much sense, or does it?

There are non-smokers who like to gamble and I guess they will just have to come over to Illinois. It doesn’t seem fair that bars and restaurants are banned from allowing smoking while casinos can smoke up the place.

There is no way any business should be exempt when it is in the public. A halfway ban should never be. Either ban smoking completely in public or figure out where the justice is for all those owners who can complain their business may be hurt.
