Agencies to build playground Saturday

Friendly House and Kiwanis Club of Davenport will install a playground Saturday at Friendly Kids’ Corner, 2619 N. Division St., Davenport.
Kiwanis Club members will present a $5,000 check for the project at 10 a.m. at the
work site.
Other project supporters were Aloca Foundation, $10,000, Scott County Regional Authority, $10,000 and The Community Foundation of the Great River Bend, $5,000.
