Good morning, Quad-Cities. At 6:27 a.m., it’s 45 degrees under fair skies with 76 percent humidity. Today, we can expect a high near 67 degrees with a north wind between 5 and 15 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight, the low will be around 46 degrees.

Traveler alert: The Iowa-bound lane of I-74 in Moline will have intermittent land closures today between the Avenue of the Cities and John Deere Road interchanges. Contractors will be installing a new Dynamic Message Sign between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to the Iowa Department of Transportation. Total closure of the lanes could last 20 minutes or more. The sign is part of a statewide initiative to alert motorists in advance of possible delays or road conditions.
