Master dancers perform at Plus 60 soiree

Dancers at Saturday's (June 28) Quad-City Times Plus 60 Club soiree at the Col Ballroom in Davenport will get to see some award-winning pros in action.

During intermission, Jozsef and Celene Parragh will perform. Jozsef began dancing at age 18 and became the Hungarian national champion 13 times and was once a finalist for world champion.

He moved to the United States in 2000 and met dance teacher Celene, and now the couple teaches ballroom dancing in Chicago during the week and on weekends at Addicted to Ballroom in East Moline.

The Steve Anthony Orchestra from Orland Park, Ill., will play for the dance. Lessons by the Arthur Murray Dance Studio begin at 7 p.m.
