A 52-year-old Davenport man was killed when he apparently fell off a ladder while attempting to trim a branch from a tree, police said.
Richard A. Sonneville was found Monday morning in the back yard of his home in the 1300 block of West Kimberly Road. Police think the accident happened sometime Sunday evening.
A neighbor found Sonneville’s body when he went to let his dog out shortly before 9 a.m.
