Palmer Hills offers programs for seniors

Palmer Hills retirement community, 2617 Maplecrest Road, Bettendorf,  will continue its educational series for seniors, “Let’s Talk Seniors,” on two Mondays in July.

Admission to the programs is free.

The schedule is:

2 p.m. July 14, “Diabetes Challenges,” with Marsha Menke, a registered nurse from Genesis Medical Center

2 p.m. July 21, “Living with Hypertension,” with Katie Evans, a registered nurse from Good Samaritan
