Pigeon Creek Park in Bettendorf is now open to the public, according to a news release from the city.
The Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA, removed two 55-gallon barrels that were spotted this week after floodwaters receded.
The park, located off of Shoreline Drive on Schutter’s Lane, had been closed since Wednesday.
