Roads remain closed after storms

John Deere Road from 16th to 38th streets, and east of 70th Street is closed until further notice because of downed power lines. John Deere Road is open between 38th and 70th streets, but without traffic signals.

Other Rock Island County roads closed because of storm damage:

• South end of Ridgewood Road from 94th Street to 176th Street

• Loud Thunder Road from the park to 233rd Street West

• Joy Blacktop from Illinois 92 to 183rd Avenue West

• County Highway 7 from 78th Avenue west to the parkway
