SHOW TO SEE: Up-and-coming reggae and soul band Blue Island Tribe will play on the main stage at the LeClaire (Iowa) Levee from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 26, as part of the LeClaire RAGBRAI celebration.

Blue Island Tribe’s members all were raised in Iowa, have never worn dreadlocks and have developed a mixture of reggae and rock music. RAGBRAI, with its thousands of bicycle riders crossing Iowa this week, ends Saturday in LeClaire.

TICKETS TO BUY: Metal and hard rock bands Avenged Sevenfold and Buckcherry are coming to the i wireless Center on Tuesday, Sept. 16. Tickets are on sale now at $32.50 in advance for general admission floor or reserved lower bowl seating.

Prices go up to $36.50 the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased online at ticketmaster.com or at the box office of the i wireless Center, 1201 River Drive, Moline.

Special guests Shinedown and Saving Abel will open the show.

FOR TEENS: Teens 12-18 years old have a mystery to solve at the Moline Public Library, 3210 41st St.

Pizza and pop will be provided while teens discover clues to figure out who done it at the Teen Murder Mystery Party, 6 p.m. Monday, July 28.
