A Scott County magistrate judge has found Pachino Hill guilty of disorderly conduct.

Hill, a Davenport man with a long history of crime, was fined $65 plus court costs by Judge Mike Tobey for the May 4 arrest.

Hill was one of a handful of people arrested after a fight broke out at the LaQuinta Inn, 3330 E. Kimberly Road, Davenport, during a party there. According to Davenport police, the disturbance involved more than 100 people in a common area of the hotel.

The arrest prompted Scott County Associate Judge Christine Dalton to revoke his probation and send him to jail for 30 days on a July 2007 charge of driving while barred. He could have been sent to prison for more than two years.

He remains on probation for an October chase that began in Rock Island and ended in Davenport. On that charge, Dalton sentenced him to not only abide by the traditional rules of probation but to attend a church eight weeks in a row as well as a counseling program at Third Missionary Baptist Church.

Hill was found not guilty on charges in Rock Island County in connection with the same chase.
