The flood-damaged section of Iowa 22 near the Cedar River in Muscatine County between Iowa 70 and county road X-43 will reopen at noon, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation.

The highway has been closed since June 13 when flooding caused severe damage. While the road will reopen to traffic, drivers may notice intermittent work on roadway to complete cosmetic repairs.
