McCain is out of touch with America

I’m not normally surprised by anything a presidential candidate says, but I was surprised when John McCain said he wasn’t sure how many homes he owned. Talk about out of touch. I don’t think that’s a problem any of us will ever have.
This comment fits a pattern. He also recently said that a person needs to have an income of more than
$5 million a year to be considered rich. In 2006, at an American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations convention, when he was asked about the effect of illegal immigrants on declining wages, he declared that no American would be willing to do agricultural work for as little as $50 an hour.
McCain is totally out of touch with the problems ordinary Americans are facing.
