Investigators call Muscatine death a homicide

UPDATED:  MUSCATINE, Iowa — Preliminary information shows that Zina Montoya, 36, died from a gunshot wound, Detective Mike Bailey of the Muscatine County Sheriff’s office said Wedensday.
