“Spin: The Science of Rotation” continues to be in motion at the Family Museum in Bettendorf.
The exhibit explores the fun and science of rotating objects with interactive exhibits and real-life examples.
Among the exhibits are “The Human Centrifuge,” a four-person tub with a fixed wheel that shows how inertia works; “Let It Roll,” with various objects racing along the tracks; and “Laser Show,” which looks at the science behind lasers.
The exhibit, funded by the National Science Foundation, continues through Sept. 28.
