Put For Better or For Worse in reruns

I believe the decision to withdraw the comic strip For Better or Worse is a sad mistake.

Have your ever reread a good book? Have you ever watched a movie twice? If so, were you able to gain something new the second time around? This is the opportunity we’re all going to miss if you pull this top quality strip from your paper.

I have always enjoyed the comic section of the paper, ever since I was a child. Now, as a middle-aged man with children, a job and responsibilities, I enjoy the comics even more.

For Better or for Worse has served as a joyful, funny, celebratory and even poignant respite from my day. I find many of your other comics more of a challenge to follow and understand.

I sincerely hope you reverse your decision and continue running for Better or for Worse. It is a rare gem of a strip, much like Peanuts, which you continued to rerun years after Charles Schulz’s death.
