Trinity Neonatal Unit plans patient reunion

Former patients of Trinity Medical Center’s Neonatal Special Care Unit and their parents are invited to a reunion from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, at Trinity’s West Campus in Rock Island.

Guests will enjoy refreshments, kids’ games, door prizes and fun.

The Neonatal Special Care Unit is designed for the care of primarily pre-term births or others with respiratory distress. While the length of stay varies, the unit cares for patients until they have achieved an appropriate discharge weight of at least 4 pounds.
