Rock Island County voters can cast votes for Nov. 4 general election from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 20 and Oct. 29 at Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities Campus, 6600 34th Ave., Moline.
A mobile voting trolley will park outside the east doors of Building 1, which is accessible from the college’s 70th Street parking lot. Residents should bring voter registration cards and drivers licenses.
