Ticketed Illinois motorist backs car onto squad car

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — Police in the Chicago suburb of Buffalo Grove say they are reviewing videotapes before deciding whether to file charges against a motorist who backed his car onto the hood and windshield of a squad car after receiving a speeding ticket.
