UPDATED: Pachino Hill, who has a lengthy police record and who was sentenced to attend church in March for a driving while barred conviction, is being sought by police for simple domestic assault.

The incident occurred Sept. 13 at 628 W. 17th St. in Davenport, according an arrest warrant request. The name of the person who was allegedly assaulted was not available, but a former girlfriend of Hill’s named Wendy McDonald lives at the address, according to court records. McDonald says that she was the one assaulted on Sept. 13.

"He came over and was bothering and hit me," she said.

Hill was accused of assaulting McDonald one other time in 2003 by punching her in the face and taking her cell phone so she could not call authorities, according to police records. He also has two children with McDonald, born in 2002 and 2004, according to court records.
